Ferret Guarantee
Marshall Ferret guarantees that your ferret is neutered and de-scented and free of congenital defects. Congenital defects are abnormalities that are present at birth and are not considered hereditary. The following are not covered by the Marshall Guarantee: colds, influenza, bacterial conditions, viruses, acquired diseases, growths, tumors, cancers or any condition caused by parasites or unknown loss. The guarantee is effective for one year from the date of purchase, only up to the purchase price. Your ferret must remain on Marshall Premium Ferret Diet to keep the guarantee valid.
Vaccinations
2.26.2023 Current Protocol on Vaccinations
All Marshall ferrets are fully vaccinated for Distemper and need a rabies vaccine after 12 weeks of age.
Prior to 2.26.2023
Every Marshall Ferret receives a canine distemper vaccination prior to shipment. We highly recommend additional vaccinations at 11 and 14 weeks of age and then annually. Rabies vaccinations are recommended after 12 weeks of age and then annually.
Claims
To submit a claim, please email ferrets@marshallpet.com or fax Marshall Pet Products at 315-594-1956 the following information:
1- the original receipt of sale of your ferret
2- Proof of purchase from the Marshall Premium Ferret Diet
3- Your copy of the Guarantee
4- A licensed vet statement, noting a congenital diagnosis
Validate your Guarantee and Receive your Birth Certificate!
Register your ferret at www.marshallferrets.com within 30 days after purchase to validate your guarantee. Once the information is filled out, you will get a link to a PDF of your birth certificate that you can print for your records. Your ferret must remain on Marshall Premium Ferret Diet to keep the guarantee valid. The date stamp that appears on the guarantee card that you received with your purchase is your ferret’s birthday. Click here to register your ferret and print out their birth certificate.
